Oh wow this is a cool fourm here, Ok My name is Sue,
I am runned but the Ferrets of Arkansas Ferret Shelter for hospice and Sp Needs ferrets here,
Thay allow me to live with them providing I feed,water,play,clean their cages 2 times a day and clean and help out 4 paralized kids to go potty and give them baths 1 time a day unless they relly make a mess for me to make me earn my stay here with them, ummmmm I have a signed contract with them for life here as their Director and shelter mom and their helper, my paybacks from them are ankle biteing,trashing my house,stealing stuff such as my dentures and camra and so forth, i do have a reward out for these things but the ferrets refuse to tell me where the stuff is, they also allow me to do adoptions and reacues and best of all THEY LOVE ME and load me with kisses at times. .. Thank you for Allowing me to join as i need to learn to take control of my ferrets instead of them controling me as everyone says FERRETS RULES..

Tinker Bell and Carley Bug - surrnders as Carley was going to be put down cause family couldnt affored adrenal surgey and took her to my vet to have her put to sleep and my dr talked them out of it as to surrender her over to us and now we have her sister Tinker she she was pulled from the home due to missing her cagemate both 3 to 4 years of age and the family had them sence kits


Sampson 7 yrs old deaf and blind albino he came in with 3 other ferrets and the owner was kiddes in a car reck back a couple 3 months ago


Sparkie -5 yrs was left in a car at wally world parking lot and i was called to come get him..


Slinky the blaze deaf 9 month old is the one that just loves to scream at the other ferrets to snatch their treats and Trouble Child 8 months is my little rolly poly boy they both are real stinkers and are in with 2 other kids that are suck stink wods aswell..


This little boy is insulioma adrenal and Lymphoma, hes about 6 yrs and is a real sweetie, he was found wondering in a park at night about 2 yrs ago he was just dignosied with Lymphoma a week ago, his name is Chucky


Timmy 2 yrs came into the shelter last year with a broken back he had been attact my a dog, hes doing very well even though he is paralized

Gidget is 4 yrs with 3 legs and one leg paralized but she dont let her handicapp get her down as she hops all over the place and acts like a baby ferret still she came from a very abusive case and also been told the 2 small children kept hitting her with fly swats cause she would bit them, shes a fear biter and non adopable as she is deaf and paralized one side of her body and retarded baby girl

Emmy she is 3 yrs old and very sweet little girl thats paralized as well but can move and drag one leg to get around

Angel 3 yrs was ran over by a computer chair during a fight between her owners they gave her up took her to a vet to have her put down after signing papaers to have her put to sleepo that vet called my vet and i went and got her shes is a very sweet girl and all 4 of these ferrets refuses to use a wheele chair to get around thay think they are to good to use them. even Timmy and he is worse off then the other 3 lol

CaSondra 6 yrs just had a tumer removed and is also dignoised with insulioma

Hot Lips 4 yrs she is a hot kisser non stop

This is my 12 pk kids, some are under the others lol

Oh and this is Pee-Wee he is about 8 weeks when i got him from a petstore he was real sick but relly he was faking being sick as he sisnt like it in a fish bowl and no one wanted to buy him cause he was a bad blood biter..

It said that I should intrduce myself, so here goes nothing. Hi my name is Elke. I have 3 beatyfull ferrets. Cindy who is a 5 yr old girl. Sootty who is 2 yrs old and her son Coockie who is just 1 yrs old. I wish I know how to take pictures of them and post them here, because my little monsters are absolutely adorable, well I think so anyway. . Just a daft question, what do I do now, apart from going to bed as it`s 1 am. Respectfully Elke
